Description

Explodes a string into an array of strings.

Usage

rgexplode( $sep, $string, $count ),

Parameters

• $sep string

  The separator between items. Commonly, a comma is used.

• $string string

  The string of values to be placed within an array.

• $count string

  Determines the maximum number of items to be placed within the array.

Example

// Gets the first 5 values and places them into an array.
$sep = ',';
$string = 'item1,item2,item3,item4,item5,item6,item7,item8,item9';
$count = 5;
$items = rgexplode( $sep, $string, $count );
