Common Field Settings
When editing a form, many of the fields you use will offer the same group of settings. This article helps explain the most common ones.
Using Calculations
When using number fields, you are able to easily perform calculations. In this article, we will show you how to set up a calculation field.
Input Mask
Input masks provide a visual guide allowing users to more easily enter data in a specific format such as dates and phone numbers.
Allow Field to be Populated Dynamically
Checking this option will enable data to be passed to the form and pre-populate this field dynamically. Data can be passed via Query Strings, Shortcode and/or Hooks.
Create Content Template
Checking the Create Content Template option allows you to format and insert form fields as the content of the field.
Bulk Add / Predefined Choices
When using a field with Choices (Drop Down, Multi Select, Checkboxes, or Radio Buttons) clicking the Bulk Add / Predefined Choices in General Settings allows you to select a category and customize the predefined choices or paste your own list to bulk add choices.
Edit Choices Flyout
When using a multiple choice field, the management of choices offered is handled within the Edit Choices flyout within the Form Editor.
