[BREAKING CHANGE] Updated to use the v4 API for new connections. Current connections to the v3 API are deprecated, but will remain functional until sunset by Kit. Users are strongly recommended to reconnect to avoid future disruption.
Added support for OAuth for paid Kit accounts.
Added the gform_kit_enable_legacy_connection filter to force the add-on to allow new legacy v3 connections.
Added the gform_kit_subscriber_state filter so the initial subscriber state can be modified.
