Overview
An agent skill is a file you install into your AI assistant that teaches it how to work with Gravity Forms, Gravity Flow, and add-ons. Without it, the assistant can still connect to and use the tools, but it lacks specific knowledge of Gravity Forms’ structure.
The skill fills that gap, making the assistant faster, more accurate, and less likely to make mistakes when managing your forms and entries.

What’s in?
A skill is a folder containing a SKILL.md file: plain-text instructions, with optional supporting files. The format is an open standard, so the same skill can work across several AI tools.
Installing a Skill
The steps are the same for every skill in the table above. They depend on which assistant you use.
Claude (claude.ai and the desktop app)
- Download the skill as a
.zipfile from the table above. - Go to Settings > Capabilities and make sure Skills are enabled.
- Choose to upload a skill and select the
.zipfile. - Enable the skill in your skills list.
Other Assistants
Other tools that support the Agent Skills format, such as OpenAI Codex, install skills in a similar way: place the skill folder in the tool’s skills directory. Check your tool’s documentation for the exact location.
