Before you can begin using the Capsule CRM add-on, you will first need to complete the initial setup. In this article, we will show you how to easily set up with Capsule CRM add-on.
- Begin by logging into your WordPress admin dashboard if you are not there already.
- Next, hover over Forms, then click on Settings. Within the Gravity Forms setting page, click on the Capsule CRM tab.
- The first setting you will need to define is your Account URL. Within this field, simply enter your account URL. If you are unsure of this, simply log into your Capsule CRM account and take a look at your address bar.
- Next is the API Token. Within this field, you will enter your API key that can be found within your Capsule CRM account. If you are unsure of how to find this, review our document on obtaining your Capsule CRM API key.
Once everything is entered, simply save your settings. You’re now ready to continue with creating a feed for Capsule CRM.
