Setting Up the Zoho CRM Add-On

Pre-Requisites

• Download and install the add-on
• A Zoho CRM account hosted by one of the following data centers:
  • accounts.zoho.com
  • accounts.zoho.com.au
  • accounts.zoho.eu
  • accounts.zoho.in
  • accounts.zoho.com.cn
  • accounts.zoho.jp
  • accounts.zohocloud.ca

Note: Zoho CRM’s API Version 1.0 has been deprecated and no longer works as of 12/31/2019. If you are using an older version of the Zoho CRM Add-on which uses an outdated version of the API, you will need to update to a current version of the Zoho Add-on to properly authenticate to Zoho

Note: Before connecting Gravity Forms to Zoho CRM, your user must be already added to an organization.

Zoho CRM Settings

1. Log into your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. On the left side of the navigation menu, hover over Forms and click on Settings.
3. From this page, click the Zoho CRM tab.
4. Click the Click here to connect to Zoho CRM button.
   Settings > Zoho for the Zoho CRM Addon for Gravity Forms”>
5. Wait while you are Redirecting to Zoho CRM
   
6. From the Zoho CRM login screen, Sign in access to Accounts at Zoho
   
7. Once you have signed into your Zoho Account, Choose the services for Gravity Forms from the list of CRM Organizations in your Zoho Account and click Submit.
   
8. Click the Accept button to allow the Gravity API access to the data in your Zoho account.
   
9. You will be Redirected back to Gravity Forms from Zoho
   
10. You will now be connected to your Zoho Organization within Forms > Settings > Zoho
    
11. You can now create Feeds for the Zoho Add-on
