When running a multisite network in WordPress, sometimes you may find the need to create new sites within your network from a simple registration form. This can be a difficult process but with the User Registration add-on for Gravity Forms, it can be done with just a few simple settings. Here, we will show you how to easily create a new site using the User Registration add-on.

Note: This article assumes that you have already created a form within Gravity Forms, as well as have installed the User Registration add-on. While not entirely required, this article also assumes that you have a basic understanding of setting up the User Registration add-on.

  1. user-registration-create-site-1First, access the settings page for the User Registration add-on by hovering over Forms and clicking on User Registration.
  2. user-registration-create-site-2This article assumes that you already have a feed created or know how to do so. Simply access your desired feed here or create a new feed by clicking the Add New button.
  3. user-registration-create-site-3On the settings page, after the Action and Gravity Form options are selected, you should now see a heading labeled Network Options. Under this heading, select the checkbox labeled Create new site when a user registers.
  4. user-registration-create-site-4Once this checkbox is selected, additional options will appear. These are the options that will be used to create the new site once the form is submitted. Here, simply map each form field with each of these options.
