A receipt will be emailed at the time of your purchase. You may also get a copy of your receipt or invoice at a later time by doing the following:
- Log in to your Gravity Forms account page, select the license you would like to manage then click Manage License.
- Selelct the Transactions tab.
- Click the Print Receipt or Print Invoice link next to the payment of interest. You choice of invoice or receipt simply affects the titling on the document, to suit different paperwork requirements.
This will open a new window from where you can print using your browser print function.
Edit Your Receipt or Invoice

Did you make a mistake on your tax ID or company address? No probem, you can quickly edit your company details that show before you re-print.
To edit, click on the blue Edit Customer Info link. The changes you make on this page will be reflected on your invoice.
You can make changes to the following fields when you bring up the edit receipt dialog:
- email address
- first and last name
- company name
- address fields
- tax ID number and type.
