Overview
Gravity Forms is a WordPress plugin for building forms and collecting data on your website. Forms and submitted entries are stored on your own site. Gravity Forms does not host your data.
It can be used to build almost any kind of form, including contact forms, job applications, event registrations, surveys, order forms, payment collection forms, user registration forms, and file upload forms. For a full overview of what Gravity Forms can do, see the features page.
How it works
Forms are built using a drag-and-drop editor in your WordPress dashboard. You select from over 30 field types, configure settings and conditional logic, and embed the finished form on any page or post using the Gravity Forms block or a shortcode.
When a form is submitted, the entry is saved to your WordPress database and accessible from the Entries screen in the dashboard. From there, you can view, filter, and manage responses, configure email notifications, and export entries to a file.
Add-ons and integrations
The core plugin handles form building and entry collection. Add-ons extend Gravity Forms to work with external services such as Stripe, PayPal, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Zapier. Third-party add-ons are also available through the community marketplace.
