bookmark_borderResetting Poll Results

As with PollDaddy and other more advanced poll solutions, the poll results are calculated using form entry data. This means a Poll cannot be reset by simply resetting some sort of count. It can only be reset by deleting the data.

If you have a form which has the primary function of being a Poll Form we would suggest deleting the entries. You may export them before deleting them if you would like to archive the existing data.

If you have a form which asks non-Poll questions and you’d like to retain the entry data for that form while resetting the Poll Field related data, you would need to edit the form and delete the Poll Field(s) which would then delete the entry data for those specific fields. You could then re-add new Poll Field(s).
